2. License & Usage Rights

Your purchase grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive license to build and monetize unlimited personal and commercial projects using this Next.js template. However, you are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or open-sourcing the boilerplate code itself (or close derivatives) as a standalone template or competing product.

3. Limitation of Liability

This Next.js starter kit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or downtime caused by external dependencies, server instability, or changes to third-party APIs (such as Stripe, Vercel, or Neon).
