Template Licenses

Free templates are provided under the MIT License for personal projects. Pro and Enterprise templates include full commercial licenses, allowing unlimited use in client projects, SaaS applications, and commercial products. You may not resell or redistribute the templates as-is.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the templates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to redistribute them.

Payment and Refunds

Pro tier purchases are one-time payments with lifetime access. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Enterprise pricing is custom and billed according to your agreement. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Updates and Support

Pro users receive lifetime updates to all templates and new template releases. We provide email support for Pro users and dedicated support for Enterprise customers. We do not guarantee specific response times for free tier users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that templates will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

Intellectual Property

The NextJSBoilerplate platform, branding, and original template code are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Licensed templates may be used according to their specific license terms.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the templates or platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform for violations of these terms. Purchased licenses remain valid after account termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
